Michael Hong, Co-Founder and Director of Sales for The Real Estate Nerds, brings an elite strategic mindset to the Philadelphia market. His professional foundation was forged in high-volume sales positions, where he mastered the complexities of high-velocity negotiations and deal logistics. Since pivoting to real estate, Michael has managed the entire project lifecycle—from vacant land acquisitions and new construction developments to complex commercial transactions and the sale of high-end luxury condos. As Director of Sales, he oversees every tactical challenge the team encounters across both sectors, ensuring clients benefit from his decades of experience navigating deals from raw land to the finished product. Michael’s approach is rooted in transparency and rigorous analysis, providing his clients with the clarity needed to execute in a competitive landscape. Outside of his professional role, he is a dedicated caregiver to his Shih Tzu, Otto, and a committed fitness enthusiast. Whether he is training at the gym or riding his custom brakeless track bike through the city, Michael applies the same level of discipline and precision to his personal life as he does to every real estate transaction.
